Shipping policy
I strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped. If you order a combination of in-stock and made-to-order pieces, the whole order will ship when the made-to-order pieces are complete. If there is a design delay buyer will immediately be advised by email.
*Orders are shipped out once a week, every Thursday.
Average delivery time frame
- *Shipping in USA (5 -7 days) - USPS mail (will include a tracking number.)
- *Shipping to Canada (10 - 14 days) - (will include a tracking number.)
- *Shipping to International (14 - 25 days) - (will include a tracking number.)
Initial Shipping Flat rate is charged, customer will be notified at consultation of possible added adjustment if needed. Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for the delays caused by customs.
